NovaShores Adventures offers guided sea kayaking tours out of two very different, but equally interesting locations in Nova Scotia: The Bay of Fundy near Cape Chignecto Provincial Park and Dover near Peggy's Cove and Halifax. Fundy, how to get thereNovaShores Adventures is located at 37 School Lane in Advocate Harbour, Nova Scotia, Canada. From Halifax follow HWY 102 towards Truro. At the divide in the highway take the 104 towards Amherst. From the 104 take exit 12 towards Masstown. At the end of the exit ramp facing Masstown Market (Good coffee and local produce) you turn RIGHT onto HWY 2. Scenic route – take your time! On either route, the drive from Port Greville (just past
Parrsboro) to Advocate Harbour is very scenic. It's just as impressive as
the Cabot trail of Cape Breton, so give yourself some extra time for the
great photo opportunities - and to safely negotiate the hilly, twisting
road.
East Dover, how to get there NovaShores Adventures is located 283 East Dover Rd. in East Dover, Nova Scotia Canada. Our Dover location is on the south shore (Lighthouse route) of Nova Scotia. From Halifax it's a 40 minutes drive on Hwy. 333, which is the road to Peggy's Cove. The turn off Hwy. 333 to our location in East Dover is marked by our blue signs. If traveling from Lunenburg or other points south take Hwy 103 to exit 5 and follow the signs to Peggy's Cove. Do not turn into Peggy's Cove but follow Hwy 333 past Peggy's Cove 6 km., through West Dover to the East Dover turnoff. |
